Booked 5 sessions of hypnosis for weight management with Laura, have to say I was sceptical at first but oh my word she has done amazing! I haven’t had chocolate since she started, I have cut right down on crisps, I don’t snack in between meals and my meals are a lot smaller and feeling fuller. Drinking much more water than I did! I went for my 4th session and she said I didn’t need anymore and she wasn’t going to do them just to make money. Laura is very honest and lovely and I’m glad I chose her to go down this path with. ❤️
